A Middle Stone Age Sequence from the Central Rift Valley, Ethiopia is an important archaeological monograph by Fred Wendorf and Romuald Schild, devoted to the prehistoric archaeology of the Central Rift Valley in Ethiopia. The book was published in 1974 in Wrocław by Zakład Narodowy im. Ossolińskich, as a publication of the Polish Academy of Sciences and its Institute of the History of Material Culture. It represents the final report of research carried out in 1972 by the Combined Prehistoric Expedition to the Central Rift Valley of Ethiopia. The volume contains 232 pages, numerous figures and plates, and an extensive bibliography.
