TADALAFIL MAXON is a medication intended for adult men with erectile dysfunction, which is the inability to achieve or maintain a penile erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual intercourse. Tadalafil has been shown to significantly improve the ability to achieve an erection suitable for sexual intercourse. TADALAFIL MAXON contains the active ingredient tadalafil, which belongs to a group of medications called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. After sexual stimulation, TADALAFIL MAXON helps dilate the blood vessels in the penis, allowing blood to flow in and leading to an erection. TADALAFIL MAXON does not help patients without erectile dysfunction. Sexual stimulation is required for TADALAFIL MAXON to be effective.
